KW Cycling Academy will continue to enhance our Indoor MTB Skills program for 2023. Our exciting MTB Skills Arena will use the floor of Queensmount arena (Westmount Rd & Queen Street) Kitchener. The Multi-Station MTB circuit will improve the skills of every athlete. Skinnies, Race starts, Balancing, Attack (ready) Position, Proper sending styles and landing it! The Vetta Lander and Rock Gardens are new features.

SESSIONS
Session #1 will be dedicated for MTB School Levels "N". (10am - 11;15am)... some parents can attend with their Kids. ..... Hop-On at Queensmount - MTB Skills Arena
Session #2 will focus on MTB School Levels "I", "P" & "HP". (11:30am - 12:45pm)... Some parents can attend with their Kids.
Session #3 is for KWCA HP - Adults & Coaches from Ontario. (12:45pm - 2pm)

Note: Please purchase your 2022 OCA Insurance (Youth Non-Racer Under 15 Mini-Membership $15.00) (Youth Race License $45) (Adult Associate Club License $48)... These licenses allows you to attend all MTB or Group rides for 2022. KWCA will post when 2023 Ontario Cycling Insurance is available.... Mid to late December!
