Session #1: Strider - U7 with Coach Andrea – 9:20 am - 10 am

This session is for newer bike riders. Participants practice following instructions and work on hand-eye coordination while gaining confidence on their bike. On our beginner circuit, participants ride over sticks, around pylons, in straight lines, practice cornering, stop in a box and bike over rollers. Balance (Strider) bikes are welcome.

Session #2: Novice MTB Riders (U7 - U9) - 10:15am - 11:15am

This session is for novice riders who want to improve their MTB skills and build confidence riding obstacles on the summer trails. The multi-station circuit includes skinnies, jumps, rollers, rock gardens, and bridges. Participants will practice braking, attack position, front-wheel lifts, hopping, and stand-stills (balancing).

Session #3: Intermediate Riders (U9 - U14) - 11:40am - 12:40pm

Riders in this session must be able to independently ride all features confidently. For 2026, coaching instruction & spotting is provided for this session. After week 3, we will work on proper sending styles on the Air Lander when this group has proper confidence!
