Training Schedule Expands at Waterloo Studio

On Monday November 19th the Youth Structured Training & High Performance sessions will Expand:

Monday:

5:45pm - 6:45pm: Youth Structured Indoor Training - 10 spots (2 for Parents) 7pm - 8:30pm: KWCA High Performance Indoor Training - 12 spots


Tuesday:

5:45pm - 6:45pm: Youth Structured Indoor Training - 10 spots (2 for Parents) 7pm - 8:30pm: KWCA High Performance Indoor Training - 12 spots


Wednesday:

6pm - 7pm: Women's & Girls Only - 10 spots (2 extra as an over flow)

This is a solid workout geared for Mom's & Daughters


Thursday:

5:45pm - 6:45pm: Youth Structured Indoor Training - 10 spots (2 for Parents)

7pm - 8:30pm: KWCA High Performance Indoor Training - 12 spots


Friday:
