Virtual Mobility & Strength by Coach Amanda
Coach Amanda leads the KW Cycling Academy strength and mobility program.
These KWCA Virtual classes are every Tuesday and Sunday evenings at 6:30pm. Every mobility & strength session focuses on body weight exercises that will improve your strength and prevent injury.
Coach Amanda will go through proper form, technique and give exciting challenges to each athlete. We can not wait to see you at the classes!
